Quality is our top priority. All of Suburban Overhead Door’s work is guaranteed to be completed in accordance with generally accepted standards and practices. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. We are licensed and insured and fully protect our workers through workmen’s compensation insurance. Suburban Overhead Doors warrants all work to our customer’s reasonable satisfaction. We guarantee our work for quality workmanship and “original” material defects for 1-year from date of final installation or service excluding photo cell adjustments. Customers should refer to their owner’s manual for information on specific manufacturer’s garage doors, parts, and garage door opener extended warranties.
